The floor plan will be distributed as soon as it becomes available.
Delivery of Items:
- Items delivered to Eagle Farm Racecourse must have the delivery notice attached to each box.
- Please list the event name, date of event and contact details on EVERY box.
- There is a ramp leading directly into the trade area.
Collection of Items:
- You must book your preferred courier for this collection.
- You must advise both the courier company AND the Function Co-ordinator Natasha Bletchly (phone number 3861 2802), what date and approximately time of collection from Eagle Farm Racecourse, and WHICH courier you have booked).
- Please NOTE the courier fees can NOT be charged to your conference account.
- Please remove boxes from Eagle Farm Racecourse within 7 DAYS to avoid loss or damage.
- Notification in writing of non-attendance MUST be provided to my email address 48 hours prior to the start of the conference, for refund of payments.
